JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for Opp.Party no.2, for adjourning the case. Said prayer was opposed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opp.Party no.2.

On perusal of the ordersheet, it is evident that on 1st March 2016, there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Thereafter, on 03.03.2016 the case was adjourned on the joint prayer. Today again, the same prayer is being reiterated. The prayer is refused.

The petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. In view of dismissal of this petition, the interim order of stay dated 09.05.2014 stands vacated.
