Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,498(A),504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Opposite party No.2 is wife of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.2 submits that cordial relation has been established between the two. In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
