The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A, 458/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

According to FIR, 10-11 unknown persons dragged Harish Chandar @ Harish, the son of the informant from his house and took him towards Jungle. The victim on recovery did not name any of the miscreants. However, in the confessional statement of co-accused name of this petitioner has transpired. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of co-accused, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46847 of 2016 (3) dt.03-02-2017 2/2 before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui/Successor Court in connection with Laxmipur Police Station Case No. 21 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. One of the bailors would be the government servant of the family having immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court below.
