JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are ladies and are languishing in jail custody since 07.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 302, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. Moreover, the first information report goes to show that it was co-accused, Lalan Sao, who put his heel on the neck of deceased and pressed the same as a result of which deceased died. So far as petitioners are concerned, general allegation of assault is said to have been levelled against them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 306 of 2016/34 of 2016.
