Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected thrice by this Court, vide order dated 27.7.2017 passed passed in Cr. Misc. No.28450 of 2017, order dated 3.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60579 of 2017 and order dated 26.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.51186 of 2018 . The petitioner happens to be husband and the allegation is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 18.2.2017 and the informant and the father of the informant have been examined in this case and they have not supported the prosecution case. . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.22198 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the public witnesses have been examined in this case, the petitioner may move for grant of bail before the trial court, which will be considered on the basis of materials collected during the trial. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
