The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 160-B of the Railway Act.

The petitioner is owner of the vehicle which allegedly damaged the railway crossing, Bar.

Submission of the petitioner is that the act alleged is not intentional one because the vehicle of the petitioner also got some damage in the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14701 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Patna Junction/Successor Court in connection with R.P.F.(PostMokama) P.S. Case No.413 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
