Petitioner who retired from the post of Joint Director, Agriculture with effect from 31.01.2019 prays for payment of his full pension, full gratuity, group insurance, leave encashment and GPF along with statutory interest.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no.1, The Principal Secretary, Agriculture, Department, Govt, of Bihar, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
