2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that in view of the Memo No. 926 dated 18.04.2023 brought on record by respondents no. 1 to 9, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6286 of 2023(3) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 grievance of the petitioner has been redresses. So far as, the claim of the petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition is concerned, learned counsel submits that petitioner has still not been paid the difference of amount till date and in light of law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Singh & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2023 SCC OnLine SC 496, seeks to file detailed representation in respect of his claim before the appropriate authority for considering his case, so that the petitioner may be paid the dues amount in light of the statement made in paragraph no. 8 of the counter affidavit.

3. The authority concerned is directed to must not delay, in any manner, in giving the dues amount, to which the petitioner is entitled for in view of the corrective measures taken by them and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

4. With aforesaid observations/directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
