1. It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing
Patna High Court CWJC No.9968 of 2021(3) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 on behalf of the petitioner that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Banka to call for and examine the records under Section 21 of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 to reappreciate the issue as to whether Parcha was issued in respect of the land in question in favour of the under-privileged persons as Khata No., Khesra No. and other relevant information are missing in the Parcha in question.
2. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State has raised no opposition against the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
3. For the reasons stated above, the instant writ petition is disposed of, directing the Collector, Banka to take steps under Section 21 of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947, upon appropriate application to be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.
