JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2024 It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the State, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3, that the entire admissible dues of the petitioner has already been paid to her, the particulars of which have also been mentioned in the counter affidavit. He submits that the copy of the counter affidavit has already been filed on 06.09.2021 itself, but till date there is no response.

2. Considering the fact that admitted dues of the petitioner has already been paid, it would be proper to dispose
