Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 24.10.2016, this Court directed the Office to return the certified copy of the F.I.R., Vakalatnama and the impugned order of the present case to the learned counsel for the petitioner but in the last paragraph of aforesaid order, inadvertently, the word "Certified" could not be typed and, as such, the last paragraph of the aforesaid order may be corrected accordingly. In that view of the matter, the order dated 24.10.2016 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that the last paragraph of the said order be read as "Office is directed to return the certified copy of the F.I.R., Vakalatnama and the impugned
