Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report. No doubt, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner but para-3 of the petition goes to show that earlier petitioner was made accused in near about 37 cases of serious nature.

Therefore, considering the previous conduct of the petitioner and to ensure the fair trial, in my view, it would not be proper to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail
