The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Vide order dated 06.07.2022, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned A.D.J. Vth, Civil Courts, Danapur, dated 19.07.2022, is kept at flag 'S', whereby it is submitted that the case is fixed for framing of charge and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial is within one year, if parties co-operate. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to take steps for production of the prosecution witnesses for their examination as and when the date is fixed, so that the trial may be concluded within the time indicated herein above.
