Petitioners seek bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No.409 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 447, 341, 323, 327, 504, 506, 147, 427 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence these petitioners and other accused persons arrived in the house and committed Maarpeet with bricks, stones etc. after abusing the informant and his family members. From the written report, it appears that no injury has been caused to anybody.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73320 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.409 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
