The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from Bathan which is evident from the seizure list. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Hence, the
