2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he had established physical relationship with the victim several times on the pretext of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present case arises out of a dispute over marriage as the petitioner had refused to get married to the victim. The petitioner is in government service.

5. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for interim bail to the petitioner for one month for getting married to the victim.

6. Permission is accorded.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on Provisional bail for one month from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024.

8. If the petitioner and the victim approach the Court below after getting married and the victim supports the factum of marriage then the Court below will confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court.

9. In case the victim does not support the factum of marriage then the interim bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled and the petitioner will have to surrender.

10. If the petitioner does not surrender in case of denial of factum of marriage by the victim, then he shall be arrested by the local police.

11. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
