2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 6 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, 700 bottles each containing 100 ml. of prohibited Onerex cough syrup has been recovered from the Bajaj Auto of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20889 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of cough syrup from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.
