2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 125 of 2016 arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner who is accused in more than 37 cases, some of them are of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
