1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best endeavours for the last two years, he is not able to seek instruction.

3. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that much water has flown after the cognizance was taken, the trial has commenced, charges have been framed and witnesses have been examined.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
