2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 1.440 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a sack, kept behind the house of petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got four criminal antecedent of similar nature.
