Petitioner seeks bail in Brahampur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No.195/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of the deceased who in his written complaint addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Police Station has alleged that he married his daughter Neha Kumari with the Petitioner, Guddu Yadav in the year 2012 and, thereafter, she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. One day he was informed by his another daughter who was also married in the same village that her sister Neha was being carried on the vehicle by her in-laws in unconscious stage. Thereafter, it is alleged that she has been killed and

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that wife of the petitioner died due to snake bite and for which medical prescription of Sadar Hospital, Buxar has been annexed as Annexure 2 in which it has been stated that she was admitted for snake bite and was in unconscious stage and, subsequently, she died of snake bite.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahampur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No.195 of 2018, with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that
