The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11190 of 2018 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 961 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-AA)/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 37(B) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten
