A place allegedly been used as a brothel, was raided and during course thereof, the customer as is evident, managed to escape. On the other hand, so many females were arrested, out of whom, from the written report, it is evident that Reshma @ Reshmi, Salma Khatoon shown themselves to be victimized at the end of others, who after alluring them succeeded to bring at the place where they were forced to enter into flesh trade. Even during course of statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., Reshma detailed how she was brought to the place and further, coerced, indulged in flesh trade by Titli (Para-24) and under Para-25, there happens to

Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the period of detention since 09.09.2016, petitioners, Asha Devi and Rekha Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act-cumAdditional Sessions Judge-1st, Begusarai in connection with POCSO Case No.55 of 2016 arising out of Begusarai Town P. S. Case no.415 of 2016.
