The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name is not mentioned in the F.I.R. He has been surfaced in the present case merely on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
