The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 29.03.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 3120 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 09.10.2015, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has been named due to enmity. However, co-accused has been allowed bail and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner has remained absconding since long as this is a case of the year 1998. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at this stage, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer of the bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40937 of 2016 (3) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 petitioner, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
