Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23055 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 both the parties are agnates. The informant is full brother of petitioner No. 1. The land dispute is is admitted. There is case and counter case and the injuries suffered by the prosecution side are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri R.K. Gaurav Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
