Pleader - 2 submits that grievance raised in the writ petition has already been redressed. He has specifically referred to paragraph - 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 11/District Provident Fund Officer, Ara and submits that in the writ petition, the petitioners had made a prayer for transfer of G.P.F. account from Vaishali to Bhojpur (Ara) and same has already been transferred.

Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
