The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.373 of 2016 arising out of Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. case No.117 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 379/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 2nd Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application as the petitioner was the assailant.

A report was called for from the Trial Court. It has been reported that the statement of the accused has already been recorded under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. and the trial is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72566 of 2018(3) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 expected to be concluded within a period of three months. Considering the nature of allegations and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
