This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 30.04.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 131 of 2012, whereby the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision preferred by the first party/petitioner affirming the order dated 19.12.2011 passed in Case No. 688 of 2009 in a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. by the Executive Magistrate, Sitamarhi Sadar declaring the possession of the members of the first party/O.P Nos. 2 and 3 with observation that the order will be effective till the passing of the order by the competent Court in this regard.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30413 of 2013 (5) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
