In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.250 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, however, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during course of investigation, the victim girl has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21801 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has admitted that she got married with Sonu Kumar @ Sanoj Kumar and after marriage, both are living as husband and wife and her age has been assessed as 19 years. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.250 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
