The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P. S. Case No. 78 of 2019 registered under Sections 376D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering specific allegation made by the informant that the petitioner and one another forcibly raped her after locking inside a room in a hotel, I am not inclined to grant bail. The application is rejected.
