The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is allege that all the petitioners came at the door of the informant and started abusing to the wife of the informant by calling her witch and when protest was made then on the order of Rajeshwar Rai, petitioner no.2 Tiwari Rai put the hut of the informant on fire.

Considering the specific allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.193 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 petitioner no.2, his prayer for bail is rejected. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner No.2, if he surrenders within a period of weeks from today. So far petitioner no.1 and 3 are concerned, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period twelve weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Motihari East Champaran , in connection with Chakia P.S. Cse No. 111 of 2014, Subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2)Cr.P.C.
