This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been dragged in this case only on the basis of misconception. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2016. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 24.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50779 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Kabindra Yadav to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54089 of 2016 (4) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 3rd, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.Case No. 187 of 2016.
