The petitioner has raised a grievance against the selection of respondent no.8 as a PDS dealer as his candidature is claimed to be more suitable.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10035 of 2021 dt.24-08-2022 2/2 In view of the aforenoted controversy raised on behalf of the petitioner with respect to selection of respondent no.8, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a suitable complaint before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of thirty days, who, on receipt of such complaint, shall after hearing all the parties including the respondent no.8, pass a final order within a period of next sixty days giving reasons in support of his decision.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
