The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines P. S. Case No. 231 of 2016 (G. R. No. 4209 of 2016, instituted for offences under Sections 465, 471, 472, 201 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It appears from the F.I.R. that few persons had collected for committing some offence when one Md. Mujahid Warsi was arrested and from his possession firearm weapon was recovered. The name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25929 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 petitioner has transpired in the confession of aforesaid Md. Mujahid Warsi. There does not appear to be any recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner surrendered before the court below on 03.02.2020 and since then he is in custody. Considering the afore-stated facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P. S. Case No. 231 of 2016 (G. R. No. 4209 of 2016.

The petition stands allowed.
