JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 323, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of entering into the house of the informant and outraging the modesty of the female members of the informant, making assault to the informant and his wife and taking away the cash amount.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also and both sides have received injuries when the injury of the informant's side has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
