The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Taraiya P. S. Case No. 5 of 2018 dated 09.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 384, 386, 379, 392, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and two others namely Pawan Singh and Raviraj Singh are alleged to have divested the informant of his personal belongings. It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that prior to this occurrence, the other two co-

No.72702 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/3 accused persons namely Raviraj Singh and Pawan Singh always used to demand share in the profits earned by the Mukhiya in execution of various scheme under the government. Incidentally, the informant is the representative of the Mukhiya, who is none-else but his mother. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has informed this Court that two of the other accused persons against whom there are more serious allegations than the petitioner have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.

Considering the vague and general nature of allegation against the petitioners and the fact that two other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.
