The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 384, 386 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, .
