In this case, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authority to make payment of arrears of salary from November, 1992 to till date.
In the counter affidavit the State has denied the entitlement of the salary.
Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the Annexure-2 series wherein entry has been made that the petitioner had worked for the financial year, 1992 to 31.10.1998.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17750 of 2010 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Let the Director, C.C.D., L.D.B., respondent no.4 examine the case of the petitioner and verify from the records which are available in the office and if he finds that the petitioner has really worked during the aforesaid period, he will pass necessary order for making payment of arrears of salary.
