The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.105 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of scuffle between the informant and wife of petitioner, the Informant fell down and received injury which is simple in nature and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the facts, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6235 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.105 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available as and when required by the police and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
