The petitioners seek bail in Sigouri P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No.9069 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant alleged that petitioners took wine and they were carrying 5 liters country made liquor each and for that the petitioners are in jail since 28.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that petitioners remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
