Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 209 of 2013 registered under Section 47A of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Neither anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the copy of seizure list was ever served on the petitioner or his family members. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8450 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Nawada in connection with G.O.
