The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 307/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C has denied the factum of her kidnapping. She has stated in her statement that out of her own free will she left her house and went along with this petitioner. The victim girl has also solemnized marriage with this petitioner and they are living as wife and husband. The age of victim girl is 18 years. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that victim girl is major, the petitioner above-named, in the event of

No.22737 of 2019(3) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 307/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
