JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment made over the Government land, known as Rasta appertaining to Khata No. 1170, Plot No. 126, situated in Mauza-Taulaha Devipur, Koiri Tola, Thana No. 263, in Circle Madhubani, District-West Champaran, but it has been pointed out that the Circle Officer, Madhubani, West Champaran, has already issued a notice dated 27.01.2021 to the encroachers, however, no further proceeding is being undertaken.

In such view of the matter, the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9964 of 2021(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Madhubani, West Champaran, is directed to take the aforesaid encroachment proceedings to its logical conclusion by passing a final order under Section 6 (1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of 12 weeks, in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
