Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 80A/1996 arising out of Mahua PS Case No. 168 of 1995 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the IPC. The petitioner is in custody on allegation of misuse of bail. The bail was cancelled on 9.2.2018.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of transfer of records from the Court where he had submitted bail bonds, there was some communication gap and due to such bona fide reason the lapse has occurred. He has thereafter been arrested on 26.8.2018. It is undertaken by the petitioner that he will appear on each and every day so as to facilitate disposal of the case expeditiously.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 80A/1996 arising out of Mahua PS Case No. 168 of 1995 subject to the condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date in the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to the cancelled.
