The petitioner, who retired from the post of Peon from Araria College within the jurisdiction of newly carved out Purnea University has approached this Court for
Patna High Court CWJC No.6109 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 payment of his post retiral dues, the details of which have been charted out in the petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some part of his post retiral dues including the arrears of the difference of pay has been paid to him but major part of the retiral dues are still to be finalized and paid. This writ petition is thus disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Purnea University, Purnea (respondent no. 11) to look into the matter and verify the facts in case any amount is still due to the petitioner, necessary arrangement shall be made for payment of the same. The decision to that effect shall be taken by the respondent no. 11 and would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
