2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioners have been declared absconders and processes of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24553 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is dismissed as not maintainable.
