The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner was induced by the husband of the petitioner to get job through his brother-Prahlad Kumar, who is an employee in the Patna Secretariat, and the petitioner who is a house wife.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated only for the reason that she is wife of co-accused-Nand Kishore Tanti. She has no higher connection as alleged because she is a simple house wife. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the

No.25837 of 2020(3) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Barh P.S.Case No.498 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
