2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the son of the informant was killed and the informant has suspected the petitioner as he has killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025.

5. During investigation, the petitioner has made self-inculpatory statement and has confessed his guilt. The murder weapon has been recovered.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of killing a 12 year old child, this Court is not inclined

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
