JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Nardiganj Police Station Case No. 100 of 2012, registered under Section 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

I do not find any reason to quash the First Information Report in exercise of power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the present case. This application is accordingly dismissed.
